Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member") and hoki99 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement takes effect when you access, register, or use any part of the hoki99 platform at hoki99.vu.

Your continued use of this platform after any changes to the terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

Account Registration

To use the full services of hoki99, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.

Registration eligibility requirements are as follows:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not residing in a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling activities.
• Have never had an account terminated at hoki99 for prior violations of the terms.
• Provide valid personal identification when requested for KYC verification purposes.

Hoki99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the security of your account. This KYC process is an industry-standard protective measure we apply to safeguard all members against identity fraud.

Deposit & Withdrawal

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same member's name.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and established security checks.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Any bonus that has not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is fulfilled.
• Hoki99 reserves the right to place withdrawal requests on hold for further review in order to protect your account.

Bonus & Promotions

Hoki99 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including new member welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and exclusive VIP member offers. Each offer has its own terms and validity period.

• All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the terms of the respective offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per offer unless otherwise stated.
• Hoki99 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through suspicious or unauthorized means.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
• Promotional offers are subject to expiry dates. Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.

Member Conduct

All hoki99 members are required to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without any refund:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to exploit games or platform systems.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempted money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activities.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using another person's credit card or bank account to make a deposit.
• Any form of threats, harassment, or abusive language directed at support staff.

Intellectual Property Rights

Members are not permitted to duplicate, copy, modify, sell, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform for commercial purposes without written consent from hoki99.

Limitation of Liability

Hoki99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of betting funds, service disruptions due to factors beyond our control (such as internet outages or third-party system failures), or errors made by the member themselves.

Account Termination

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the hoki99 customer support team. All valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.

Hoki99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Confirmed fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a specified period.

Terms Amendment

Hoki99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
